Refund Policy

We do not give refunds for any bookings. However your booked appointment will be re-scheduled to another date and time in the future for you.

Appointments not kept

We are a book only business, we have staff onboard for these appointments only. If you do not show for your booked appointment without explanations as to why, you will be recharged $25.
